FAQs

Why are there bubbles/empty spaces in my lip gloss?

The lip gloss was filled fully. However, in order to fit the wand applicator into the tube some space must be left in order to avoid lip gloss overflow.

What are the tiny particles in my lip gloss tube?

These are unabsorbed pigment. Powder pigments especially tend to be harder to blend into the lip gloss base than liquid pigments.

Is there alcohol in these?

No there is no alcohol in the lip gloss (even those that taste like alcoholic beverages). All flavorings used are oil or propylene glycol based. None are extracts.

What is the lip gloss/balm made of?

Each lip gloss/balm is made from a combination of lip balm/gloss base, oils, preservatives, pigments and flavorings. Ingredients for each product are in the description.

If the product is handmade why does it have preservatives in it?

Lip gloss and lip balm may contain water and oils. Therefore preservatives are needed to prevent rancidity, bacteria, yeast and mold. All preservatives used are paraben, GMO, cruelty free and vegan

What if I don't like the taste? Can I get a refund?

You cannot get a refund just because you don't like taste. Therefore, it is recommended that you only purchase one item per scent if you are concerned you will not like it. With that being said, flavors that use essential oils are most likely to taste as expected as they are derived from the plant/and or fruit itself. All flavorings used are by Lorann oils and/or Get Suckered.

My package was damaged when I received it. What do I do?
